STEP 1 - Start with our 1 week trial that includes an inBody scan, a functional movement assessment, 2 small group personal training sessions, and a total health goal setting session with a board certified health and wellness coach.

STEP 2 - Pick the membership that works for your schedule and goals. Our sessions range from $32 - $50 per session, whereas private trainers in Austin range from $80 - $120.

Is this program really designed for people my age and fitness level?

Yes—while we welcome adults of all ages and fitness levels, our programs are uniquely tailored for adults 40+. Whether you’re brand new to strength training or returning after time off, our expert coaches and supportive small group format ensure you feel confident, safe, and empowered every step of the way.

What is an InBody Scan and why is it helpful?

The InBody Scan is a quick, non-invasive assessment that measures body composition—like muscle mass, body fat, and water balance. It gives you a clearer picture of your health than a scale ever could. It also helps us design a plan that truly works for your body.

Do I have to be in shape already to join?

Not at all! Many of our members haven’t exercised in years. We meet you where you are, and our small group personal training ensures you get expert guidance, every session. There’s no judgment—just encouragement and smart programming that moves at your pace.

What makes Alloy different from other gyms or trainers?

Unlike crowded classes or impersonal gyms, Alloy offers expert-led small group personal training in a welcoming, age-appropriate environment. You’ll get individualized attention, accountability, and real results—without feeling like you’re on your own.

How much does it cost after the trial session?

Unlike Private trainers that cost on average $80-$120 per session our sessions range from $32-$50.

Will I be working out in a big group or getting personal attention?

Our sessions are limited to 6 people per coach, so you’ll always get plenty of individual attention throughout the session, all while gaining motivation and support from other folks in the session!
